Winding Roads Course

Service Description

The student will drive out to Chesterfield Valley. We have a road we use out there where the student can get the car up to 60mph. The student will slam on the breaks so they can feel the anti lock break system engage. When the student comes to a stop they will put the vehicle in park. We will ask the student how many feet or yards they think it took for the vehicle to stop. We will walk the student back to where they applied the brakes so they can see how long it took the vehicle to stop. We will teach the student how to recover if they get two tires off the road without over correcting and loosing control of the vehicle. We will have a student drive in an area where there are a lot of hills and turns. We will talk with them about not swerving to avoid and animal.
